Born 13th September 1879 in Winchester, Hants, son of William and Jane Tuck. He first married Charlotte Florence Morphew who died in 1932 and then Maggie Elizabeth Mary Minns. He lived at "St. Erna" 5 Seaton Road, Walton & was working as a waiter in 1939. 

 

Frederick originally enlisted in the Royal Marines at Eastney, 16th November 1897. Buried at Trimley St Mary (St Mary) Churchyard. Able Seaman Tuck’s death is recorded in Samford Registration District.

 

HMS Beehive was the Royal Navy Shore Establishment at Felixstowe, which was the base for various Motor Torpedo Boat (MTB) flotillas
