Born Felixstowe, the son of Edmund Chandler, who was a bricklayer & his wife Harriett nee Boulton.  In 1911 the family lived at 192 Bureton Cottage, High Road Walton.  Frank was married to Daisy Harper, they had a son - Cyril Harper.
