Private 8444, 1st Battalion, Bedfordshire Regiment. Died 28/10/1914. Often called Bertie.  Father Matthew, Mother Maria.  Lived 2 Station Cottages, Westerfield in 1911. Commemorated on Le Touret Memorial We have not so far been able to discover any Felixstowe connection for this individual. An A.G Brand did at one time appear on the Ss Peter & Paul memorial, but has been amended to A.G Branch.
